this balanced ceremonial-grade matcha brews a vivid jade green infusion with mellow umami, gentle sweetness, and a bright, refreshing finish

it’s a ceremonial-grade matcha with a clean, balanced flavor. It offers smooth umami, & soft sweetness. It has a smooth texture, a bit of vegetal notes, and minimal bitterness.

  1. place 2-4 g (approx. 2 bamboo scoops/ 2 tsp ) of matcha in matcha bowl.

  2. pour 2 oz of 70ºC/160ºF water & whisk in a W shape until it is frothy.

  3. pour over your choice of milk & sweetner or enjoy as is.
